In collaboration with XCELLENCE, we were able to identify and address the existing challenges, establishing a foundation for leveraging S&OP within our own organisation. Results of the collaboration:

Within the project, the sales, purchasing and production departments have grown closer together and communication has improved. Important potential for the necessary organizational restructuring of sub-areas was identified. Overall, this led to a rethink and realignment of our objectives. As a result, the use of XCELLENCE enabled points of friction to be identified and eliminated, greatly improving the predictability and stability of all functional areas involved.
