XCELLENCE Consulting GmbH processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide us with this information yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have the permission of their parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to participate in their children’s online activities to prevent information about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about minors without such permission, please contact us at info@xcellence-consulting.com and we will delete that information. For job openings and internships, we process CV-related data to complete the process. This data may vary per individual and depending on this, specific and / or sensitive personal data may be processed. This data is never kept longer than necessary.

How we secure personal data
XCELLENCE Consulting GmbH takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. If you believe that your information is not being properly protected or if you have any indication of misuse, please contact our customer service department or info@xcellence-consulting.com. XCELLENCE Consulting GmbH could then delete the data.
