Results of the collaboration:
Through cooperative collaboration, we were able to make production fully transparent to management. Thus, together with the customer, we were able to implement the controls and optimization of bottlenecks more efficiently and, in the meantime, to enable the employees to act independently within the lean management principles according to the “train-the-trainer principle”.
