Results of the collaboration:
As part of a cross-site process analysis, deviations and potentials between the two sites could be identified within a very short time and concepts for improvement were developed. The implementation of the improvement measures was supported closely by us at the beginning and quickly handed over to the project team at Underberg. For this purpose, a monthly jour fixe was implemented to track measures and check their effectiveness
